It's just a montage of moments of Hiccup and Toothless practicing their trick flying.
A lot of it involves JUMPING OFF THE BACK OF THE DRAGON WHO LITERALLY CAN'T FLY WITHOUT HIM. And falling. Just Hiccup being an adrenalin junkie.
